Stockholmsmässan
Stockholmsmässan, located in Älvsjö just 9 minutes from central Stockholm, is the Nordic region’s largest exhibition and congress center. With over 70 years of experience hosting international conferences, corporate events, and exhibitions, it offers flexible spaces capable of accommodating up to 30,000 participants across 70,000 square meters. How to get there
By Public Transport
Stockholmsmässan is easily accessible from both Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) and Stockholm Central Station using public transportation:
From Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN):
- Train: Take the Arlanda Express train to Stockholm Central Station. Trains run every 15 minutes, and the journey takes approximately 18 minutes. CIRED delegates and exhibitors can benefit from a 20% discount on Arlanda Express journeys. A discount code will be available from 30 March 2027.
- Commuter Train: Take the 40, 41, 42 or 43 commuter train from Stockholm Central Station to Älvsjö Station. The journey takes approximately 9 minutes, with trains departing every few minutes.
- Walk: From Älvsjö Station, Stockholmsmässan is a short 2-minute walk away
From Stockholm Central Station:
- Commuter Train: Take the 40, 41, 42 or 43 commuter train from Stockholm Central Station to Älvsjö Station. The journey takes approximately 9 minutes, with trains departing every few minutes.
- Walk: From Älvsjö Station, Stockholmsmässan is a short 2-minute walk away.
By Taxi or Rideshare
Although they do take longer than public transport, for a more direct option, taxis and rideshare services (Uber, Bolt) are available from both Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Stockholm Central Station:
- From Stockholm Arlanda Airport: A taxi to Stockholmsmässan takes around 35-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
- From Stockholm Central Station: A short 15-minute taxi or rideshare ride will get you to the venue quickly.

Arlanda Express is a fast and comfortable way to travel between Arlanda Airport and Stockholm Central Station. The journey takes just 18 minutes, compared with approximately 35–40 minutes by taxi, and trains depart up to five times per hour during peak hours.
